Your details should be where somebody manages what Postulo knows about them — the
person applying, not the account. It is not. accounts/profile.html is 179 lines holding
three cards:

<h2>Your picture</h2>
<h2>Your name</h2>
<h2>Contact block</h2>

and its own blurb sends the rest away:

How Postulo behaves for you — theme, language, username, addresses — is under Settings.

The honest problem with just adding a nav

A left-hand navigation over three cards is navigation over nothing. What makes one worth
building is that the candidate's record is scattered, and this page is where it belongs:

Postal addresses	Settings, behind `postal-rules`
Email addresses	Settings, behind `email-addresses` (allauth owns the data)
Experience, education, projects, links, skills, certifications, languages	Your career, itself filed under Documents in the navigation

Three of those five are a person's contact details, which is exactly what a CV prints, and
they are filed under how Postulo behaves for you. That is the thing to fix; the navigation
is how it stops being a single scrolling page afterwards.

What this issue is

Make Your details the candidate's own record, with a left-hand nav over its parts:

Details — picture, name, headline, location, the contact block as now.
Phone numbers and Postal addresses — moved here from Settings, not copied. Both
are plugin-governed pages; moving where they are reached from should not mean moving who
owns them. Settings keeps email addresses, which really are an account matter, and the
blurb stops promising that addresses are over there.
Room for the import and export in the other issue, which is the other reason this page
needs somewhere to put a thing that is not a form field.

Reuse the sidebar that exists

core/settings_sections.py declares the sections and templates/settings/sidebar.html
draws them in fourteen lines, handling the part worth getting right:

A horizontal strip that scrolls on a narrow screen, a vertical column from lg up, with
aria-current="page" on the entry in force and the whole in a labelled <nav>. Generalise
that template rather than writing a second one — #175 wants the same thing for Your career
and a third page copying a half-remembered version of it is how the three drift.

#175 asks for the same navigation on Your career, whose seven sections have the stronger
case for it. Whichever lands first should be the one that generalises the sidebar.
A candidate's record being in three places is also why the export/import issue exists:
there is no single thing to hand somebody today.
