Observation

The last card on Server settings → Overview (templates/server/overview.html:85-105)
holds two lines: a link to the health check ("what a monitor should poll"), and either a
link to the Django admin ("the escape hatch") or the sentence saying it is off and which
variable turns it on. #183 took its "Also" heading away because it named nothing; what is
left is a card of two afterthoughts an administrator reads once.

Replace the whole card with a card about supporting the project: money, code,
translation — the three ways the README already names, on the one page in the interface
that is addressed to the operator rather than to somebody looking for work.

The promise this runs into, and has to be decided first

README.md:37-41, under If it is worth something to you:

nothing inside Postulo will ever ask you for money: no banner in the interface, no
prompt, no reminder on the dashboard. This is the only place the question is put, which
is why it is put plainly here.

A support card with a Buy me a coffee link on Server settings → Overview is inside
Postulo and asks for money. It is not a banner, not a prompt and not on the dashboard,
and it is on the administrator's page rather than the applicant's — the person who
installed the thing, not the person using it to find work, which is who the paragraph
was protecting. That distinction is defensible. It is also not what the sentence says.

So the first thing this issue settles is the sentence. Either the README's promise is
reworded to say what it will then be true of — nothing a person using Postulo to look
for work is shown asks for money; the one place inside the application that mentions
support is the administrator's overview — or the card names code and translation and
leaves money to the README. Both are honest; a card that contradicts a promise the README
makes "not negotiable" is not.

What the card would hold

The README's own three, in its own order and register (README.md:28-44):

Money. Voluntary support is the project's only income. The link is
https://www.buymeacoffee.com/tiagoagueda; #172 replaced the button image with a QR
code in the README and the wiki because a link on a screen somebody is showing is a
picture of a button — on an administrator's own screen a plain link works, and the QR
is the second-device form worth offering beside it.
Code. CONTRIBUTING.md, and the repository at source.tiagoagueda.com/postulo.
Issues are the currency: a bug report is named in the README as worth as much.
Translation. docs/TRANSLATING.md and the release rule since #182: every European
string is a machine draft flagged draft, waiting for a speaker to read it and delete
the flag. This is the one of the three where an administrator's instance can say
something specific — which languages its people use, and that those catalogues are
drafts — and Settings → Language and time is where the choice is made.

In the README's register: nothing is owed, nothing is unlocked, and money is the wrong
thing to give for a lot of people looking for work. The card is not a banner; it sits
where the health check sat, in the same grey, and says so once.

What goes with the two lines it replaces

The health-check URL is documented in the wiki's Health metrics and logs (/healthz,
/metrics, /logs), which the overview does not link to today; if the card goes, the
one in-application pointer to /healthz goes with it, and the wiki page is the place a
monitor's operator reads anyway. Worth a sentence in the Software card above, or
nowhere.
The admin hint (POSTULO_ADMIN_URL, #116) is in Configuration on the wiki; the view
computes admin_url (server_views.py:134, _admin_url at :521) for this card and
nothing else, so the context entry goes too.
tests/test_server_settings.py is the one test file that reads admin_url and the
admin sentence (#116); it changes to assert the card.
Every string on the card is new and translated: three languages while working, the
sweep at the release, as the rule says.

Not in this issue: any change to the README's QR, or to where else support is mentioned.
