A single-patch series, and the best first submission this project has.

sunxi_cluster_powerup() can fail, but cpu_table is incremented regardless. That is a bug in
mainline affecting every sun9i board, not just this one — which makes it reviewable purely
on its own merits, with no dependency on the rest of this work.

Still fine to send - but do not bundle it, 2026-08-28.

patches/linux-mc-smp-a15/ holds two patches: this cpu_table fix and the A15 clamp/stepping
change. The second one must not go upstream yet - the cluster it enables corrupts memory
under load, see #53.

This issue is unaffected. The cpu_table fix is an independent mainline bug on every sun9i
board, reviewable on its own merits, and nothing about #53 touches it. That independence is
what makes it the best first submission, so it is worth keeping the two apart rather than
letting one hold up the other.
