Superseded by per-series issues, split along maintainer boundaries because these changes go to
different maintainers on different mailing lists and cannot travel together:

  • #27 mc_smp cpu_table fix — the best first submission
  • #28 U-Boot DRAM sizing
  • #29 USB3 PHY and thermal variants
  • #30 board DTS
  • #31 RFC the AR100 driver before writing v1

patches/ and 42-upstreaming.md now hold the routing and mechanics.
Closing this one so the tracker reflects the real shape of the work.
