Two small, self-contained additions to existing drivers. Grouped here because they are the
same kind of work, but they are two separate series to two separate lists.

  • phy-sun50i-usb3.c — a sun9i variant. The A80's USB3 block turned out to be a stock
    DesignWare core (GSNPSID = 5533250a) whose PHY is the same IP as the H6, so mainline's
    dwc3 drives it with no glue driver at all. See 32-USB3-WORKING.md.

⚠️ Nothing has been submitted. See 42-upstreaming.md for routing,

which is not the same as proposing them.
