New board support. tronsmart, already exists in vendor-prefixes.yaml, so no prefix patch
is needed first.

Submit after the driver series it depends on have landed, or the DTS describes hardware
mainline cannot yet drive.

Content worth its own review attention: the pin map is taken from the board's own
script.bin, not from the sys_config.fex that claims machine = "cubieboard4" and is wrong
about USB, the SD slot, WiFi and the A15 rail — see
33-REAL-PINMAP.md. Also carries the WiFi rail fix (CLDO2/CLDO3 at 3300 mV,
not 1900) and the mmc0 clock cap.

order, mechanics, and the DCO / AI-assistance caveats. Patches are exported to patches/,
