 hawser: official transparent artwork, changelog, and repo docs (1.2.4) 
Replace the add-on artwork with the official Dockhand logo. The previous
icon.png and logo.png were generic container-ship clipart stored as opaque
RGB with no alpha channel, so the store rendered them as white boxes; icon.png
was also 256x204, which the UI cropped off-centre when masking it. Both are
now regenerated from Finsys/dockhand src/images/logo.webp with alpha
preserved: icon.png at a square 256x256 (ship only), logo.png at the 250px
height the add-on spec asks for (ship plus wordmark).

DOCS.md still linked its logo from tiagoagueda/ha-addon-hawser-agent, the
standalone repo retired by c40f7e6, so the Documentation tab showed a broken
image. Repoint at this repository's mirror path.

Add hawser/CHANGELOG.md, reconstructed from the standalone repo's git history
rather than written from memory. It has to live inside the add-on directory:
the supervisor resolves Path(path_location, "CHANGELOG.md"), so a repo-root
file would never be rendered.

Add CLAUDE.md and flesh out README.md. The load-bearing note is the mirror
split - origin is Forgejo but the url: fields must stay github.com, because
that is what the supervisor and users' browsers actually resolve. That pairing
looks like an inconsistency and has already been "corrected" once by mistake.

Add-ons

Add-on Version Stage Description
Hawser Agent 1.2.4 experimental Connects Home Assistant's Docker host to a Dockhand server, so the HA machine can be managed as part of your fleet.

Each add-on has its own DOCS.md and CHANGELOG.md, which Home Assistant renders under the add-on's Documentation and Changelog tabs.

Hawser Agent

Runs the upstream ghcr.io/finsys/hawser image as a Home Assistant add-on.

Modes — the add-on picks its mode from the options you set:

  • Edge mode (recommended): set dockhand_server_url and token. The agent makes an outbound connection to your Dockhand server, so nothing needs to be exposed on your HA host.
  • Standard mode: leave both blank. The agent listens on port 2376 instead, and your Dockhand server connects inbound.

After installing, open Settings → Add-ons → Hawser Agent → Info and disable Protection Mode. The agent needs Docker socket access, which the supervisor blocks while protection mode is on.

⚠️ Docker socket access grants effective root control of the host. Only install this if you trust the Dockhand server you are pointing it at.
